Silent mining is when a bot herder secretly installs mining software on infected devices to mine cryptocurrencies like Nexa, RVN, ETH, or XMR. The mining happens in the background, using the device's power and electricity without the user noticing. This way, the bot herder can earn cryptocurrency without the victim being aware.

In this thread, I will explain how to start earning income using silent mining. I will cover how to stay anonymous, setup services, mining tools, and build and spread payloads.

Setup

Before starting, purchase a Mullvad VPN to hide your true IP address. Mullvad does not keep any logs. In fact, during a 2023 police raid, Swedish law enforcement left empty-handed due to Mullvad's strict no-logging policy. You should always be connected to the VPN, especially when accessing the VPS.
