Pulsar RAT | The Quasar Continuation | HVNC, Stealer, Clipper and more
What is Pulsar RAT?
Pulsar RAT originally started as Quasar Modded by KDot227, who encouraged community contributions to expand its capabilities. Over time, the project has undergone significant improvements, and with the help of a dedicated development team (which is always open to new contributors), it has evolved far beyond its original form. Following a public vote among users, we decided to change the project name to Pulsar RAT to reflect its transformation.
What’s New & Improved?
Pulsar RAT has been enhanced in nearly every aspect. Some of the key improvements include:
• Optimized Networking – Faster, more stable connections for seamless remote control.
• Enhanced Remote Desktop – Improved speed and fluidity, with GPU acceleration (DirectX) for higher FPS.
• Client Preview - you can preview your clients desktop and some information about them simply from clicking on them in the list similar to #.
• Hidden VNC (hVNC) – Now supports more browsers (including Opera) and additional features for stealth control.
• Advanced Stealer – Extracts credentials, cookies, wallets, game sessions, and more (soon expanding to v127+ Chromium-based browsers).
• Remote Microphone Access – Listen in on the target’s microphone audio in real time.
• Crypto Clipper – Automatically replaces copied cryptocurrency addresses with your own from your remote server.
• Virtual Monitor - Creates a virtual monitor on your client computer, that you can then control through Remote Desktop.
• Memory Dump - dump the memory of processes from your client remotely.
• Fun features - hide task bar, GDI pixel corrupt, BSoD and more.
• Draw on desktop - while in a Remote Desktop session you can draw on your clients screen.
• And much more! – Too many features to list, but you can check out the project to see everything it offers.
Remember the tool is under active development, with constant updates and new features. However this can cause bugs and instabilities which we try fix ASAP, however we can’t promise absolute stability, so be patient and let us know of any bugs, instabilities or anything weird going on.
So, we thank everyone who has contributed to the project, and anybody who will contribute to the project, weather it is just a simple spelling fix or a brand new feature:

MOOM aka my lebron - He didn't directly contribute (making a pr, etc) but his projects are fantastic and we wouldn't have HVNC or force read without him (he deserves all the glaze. He also sort of got me into Batch Obfuscation lol)
(These are just the ones that are listen on the ReadMe, there is more.)
We are here waiting for you to check out our tool, we are open to criticism, and any new feature ideas. And if you are a developer, please do feel free to do a PR and contribute to our project.
(Just to add, we are not accepting any feature requests like Rootkits, and making the tool FUD)
